For a little close to 1.5 years, we have been using our Facebook page to write about various tips and tricks we wanted to share. While social sharing has its advantage, the cons are just as troublesome. So finally, we are moving to this location. With our origin story firmly rooted in the early years of free and open source software, we truly believe that an empowered customer is actually an user who is able to see the systems in use as more than mere black boxes – even when they decide to source their support from us. For us, an educated customer is simply a better customer.
